This Rosemary Peach Lemonade is a delicious twist on a classic lemonade. It has a unique and delicious flavor profile that combines the sweetness of ripe peaches with the tartness of fresh lemons, and a subtle earthy note from the rosemary.
First up, wash your peach well under cold water. Remove the pit from your peach and cut it into slices.
1 Peach
Add them to a pot together with the rest of the syrup ingredients.
½ cup Sugar, ½ cup Water, 1 Peach, 1 Rosemary Twig
Bring to a simmer on medium heat and cook till the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from heat, put the lid on and let steep for at least 10 minutes.
Strain and let cool off completly.
Lemonade
Juice all your lemons and add the juice to a pitcher.
5 Lemons
Pour in the syrup and fill the pitcher up with water.
3 cups Water
Give it a stir and enjoy.You can store the lemonade in the fridge for later to make sure it's extra cold and refreshing.

Storage Information:Keep your lemonade in the fridge to extend its shelf life. Your peach lemonade will stay fresh for up to 4 days in a glass pitcher. If kept in a pitcher with an air-tight lit or in an air-tight jar / bottle the lemonade is good for up to 2 weeks.
