Ingredients
  

  • 125 g Dates pitted
  • 125 g Nuts
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Chocolate Powder (optional)
  • cocoa powder, desiccated coconut (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse till it's crumbly. Add the chocolate powder before pulsing if you want to have chocolate balls.
  • Form little balls (around 1 tbsp. in size).
  • Roll them in any toppings you want. For example cocoa powder or desiccated coconut

Notes

  • Keep the energy balls in the fridge so they stay nice and fresh.
  • You can substitute the almonds with any other nut if you want. There are endless options to make those yummy energy balls. Check out more ideas above.
