  • 100 g White Sugar
  • ½ tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 dl Vodka

Make the sorbet

  • In a food processor, combine the frozen peach slices and sugar. Pulse until the mixture transforms into a smooth and creamy sorbet base.

  • Incorporate the fresh lemon juice into the sorbet mixture. Start with half a tablespoon, adjusting according to your taste preference. The lemon juice not only adds zing but also contributes to a flawlessly smooth texture.

  • Transfer the sorbet mixture into a freezer-safe container. Allow it to rest in the freezer for at least 3-6 hours or until it reaches a firm yet still slushy consistency. This ensures the sorbet is perfect for scooping and assembling the float.

Assemble

  • Remove the sorbet from the freezer and allow it to soften for about 5 minutes at room temperature. This step ensures that the sorbet is easy to scoop and enjoy.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, shape 1-2 scoops of the peach sorbet and place them gently into your chosen glassware.
  • Pour in the high-quality vodka – choose one that resonates with your taste – allowing it to elegantly mingle with the sorbet's fruity essence.
