Grilled Herb Butter Corn On The Cob

This Grilled Herb Butter Corn On The Cob recipe is the perfect side dish for any BBQ. The recipe is super easy and quick to prepare and makes a juicy, delicious corn on the cob that you will love.
Ingredients for this homemade grilled herb butter:
This recipe really could not be any simpler. You only need 2 ingredients to make it.
- Corn on the cob: This recipe is made for already pre cooked corn. We barely ever can find fresh corn here which is why we always use pre cooked corn from the store. If you get fresh corn make sure you cook it first before grilling it. On the grill we will just give it a char and let the butter melt nicely.
- Herb butter: Get your favorite herb butter out! I always make mine myself. Check out this post to make your own herb butter in any flavor you want

How to make this grilled herb butter corn on the cob:
Making this grilled corn on the cob really could not be any easier. I guess the hardest part is to decide what kind of herb butter you want to use lol!
Alright, so you have decided for a herb butter, yey! Now make sure you have already cooked corn if not go ahead and cook it real quick and make sure you remove all the husks and silk. I have never been able to get my hands on fresh corn so I do not want to give any instructions on that. If you know how to properly prepare fresh corn go ahead and do so, if not I recommend googling it.
Corn is ready, herb butter too. Lets get started with the recipe then shall we?
Put your corn onto a cutting board or plate. Brush half the herb butter onto the corn with a kitchen brush. (see picture below)
Then preheat your grill to medium heat. Grill your corn on medium heat till nicely charred (about 10 minutes). Make sure you keep turning the corn to get it charred on all sides.
Once charred brush on the rest of the herb butter and let it melt for a few seconds. Then remove the corn from the grill and serve.
