- 5 dl Water
- 1 tablespoon Honey to taste

- On a cutting board, slice a few pieces of fresh ginger and lemon. Aim for 3-4 slices of ginger and 2 slices of lemon for a well-balanced flavor.
- Warm one cup of water in a kettle, small pot on the stovetop, or in the microwave until it reaches a boiling temperature. This should take 1-2 minutes in the microwave or a few minutes on the stovetop.5 dl Water
